Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent, made in his proceedings in P.D.No.38/2016, dated 15.10.2016, in detaining the detenue under Section 2(f) of the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 as a GOONDA and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue, namely, Bharathidasan @ Bharathi, son of Soosairaj, Male, aged about 27 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that the detention order, dated 15.10.2016, passed against the detenu, by name, Bharathidasan @ Bharathi, son of Soosairaj, aged about 27 years, has been revoked by the Government vide G.O.Rt.No.5955, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 25.11.2016, and he has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also produced a copy of the said Government Order.
