Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct dance programme namely "Traditional Karakatum Dance Programme" on 24.05.2015 as part of the festival in "Mariamman Kovil", Nedugur Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct dance programme namely "Traditional Karakatum Dance Programme" on 24.05.2015 as part of the festival in "Mariamman Kovil", Nedugur Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 10.05.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of copy of this order.
