ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the laying of the road is not done by the NHAI and it is done by the State Highways Authority, which is under the control of the Divisional Manager, Dindigul.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition by adding the relevant parties as respondents.
