Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass an order transferring the petitioner to the Government High School, Kattalaikudiiruppu in Tirunelveli District or to any one of the vacancy available in Tirunelveli District as High School Headmaster by considering the representations of the petitioner, dated 12.06.2014 and 30.04.2015 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.137 (School Education) Department dated 09.06.2014.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the first respondent to pass an order transferring the petitioner to the Government High School, Kattalaikudiiruppu in Tirunelveli District or to any one of the vacancy available in Tirunelveli District as High School Headmaster by considering the representations of the petitioner, dated 12.06.2014 and 30.04.2015 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.137 (School Education) Department dated 09.06.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.On instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that till date no Government Order has been issued for counselling to be conducted for transfer and during the course of counselling, the case of the petitioner will be considered, if he is found eligible.

4.In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2015 at the time of counselling and pass appropriate orders. No costs.
