The petitioner, who is the accused No.3 in Cr.No.79 of 2024, has approached this Court seeking transfer of investigation of the above said case.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner herein is the accused No.3 in Cr.No.19 of 2021and the investigation in this case is in crucial stage. 3.An accused is not entitled to dictate the manner in which the investigation has to be conducted. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
