The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to give permission to the festival from 22.05.2015 to 24.05.2015 and Adal and Padal Programme on 24.05.2015, conducted at Arulmighu Shri Mottaiyal Karuppusamy Thirukovil Festival at Kesavanpatti, for Vaikasi Month Pongal and Kidaivittu Thiruvizha.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the first respondent on 12.05.2015. However, the first respondent has not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
