CRIME NO.147 OF 2020. ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD). No.8931 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.IYYAPPARAJ C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8931 of 2021 on 06.05.2022.

2. Objection was raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) to the effect that the petitioner gave a complaint before the concerned jurisdictional police stating that he has fear about the life because of threat. He would further submit that it is a case of retaliation murder and more than 12 previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

CRL MP(MD) No.6450 of 2022 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to comply the condition passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.8931 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022 strictly.
