Alagumani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the 1st Respondent and 2nd Respondent not appeared either in person or by Advocate, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit prescribed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8184 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022. In the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD). No.6425 of 2022 said order, the petitioner was directed to pay the amount of Rs.5,000/- on or before 08.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that during vacation he was unable to get extension of time limit and even today he is ready to pay the amount. 3.Being satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed and time is extended for a period of one week, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
