O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioners and their family members.The petitioners are senior citizens working in Transport Department. Based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent is harassing them.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the wife of the third respondent herein, a case has been registered in Crime NO.298 of 2021 on 07.07.2021 against the petitioners and other persons for the offences under Sections 294(b), 448, 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC.

3. Since the case has been registered against the petitioners, the question of harassment does not arise. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy appropriately before the appropriate forum by initiating appropriate proceedings.
