ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Alagumani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate for the first respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time for payment of costs, as imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.5099 of 2020 dated 27.04.2022.
