The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the cultural programme (i.e.,) Adal Padal on 22.5.2015 at 6.00 pm to 10.30 pm in the eve of Arulmighu Sri Thamarai Manickam Amman Kovil "Thiru Vizha" at Ramasamy Naickanpatti @ Vaikkalpatti, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 4.5.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 4.5.2015. Accordingly, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 4.5.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of the copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
