Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and petitioner's family members' life and limb to use the car parking place on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.05.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Lenin Kumar For R-1 to R-3 : Mr.R.Karthikeyan Additional Government Pleader
O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward to file this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and petitioner's family members' life and limb to use the car parking place on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.05.2015.
2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the car parking belonging to the petitioner is used by the respondents 3 to 5, who are none other than the family members of the petitioner. In fact, the third respondent is the brother of the petitioner, the fourth respondent is the sister-in-law and the fifth respondent is the son the third respondent. What the petitioner wants to adjudicate is an inter se dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the respondents 3 to 5 on the other hand and this can be resolved only by approaching the civil Court.
In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the jurisdictional civil Court. No Costs.
