ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner either in person or through counsel and the same clearly indicates that the writ petitioner has not shown any interest to prosecute the writ petition any further. In such circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for nonprosecution.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
