O R D E R

Mr.S.I.Muthiah, learned Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu, submits that though mutation of revenue records has taken place in favour of one Muthulakshmi, pending Contempt Petition, after the last hearing date on 02.06.2026, the original position has been restored and patta granted in favour of Muthulakshmi has been cancelled and recalled vide order dated 04.06.2026. In the order dated 02.06.2026, I have already granted liberty to the private respondents to move any vacate interim stay petition in the pending Writ Petition, if so aggrieved. The parties shall work out their remedy in the pending litigation.
