PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.18 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.8, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 468, 471, 420 and 120B IPC, in Crime No.18 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused, who were working as employees in the Muthuoot Fin Corp, Madapuram Branch, had created forged documents and obtained education loan and emergency loan in the name of their customers by misusing the personal data of the company and swindled the money to the tune of Rs.51,55,260/-. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is in earlier stage.
5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that the investigation is in earlier stage as stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
