This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to register a case based on the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6589 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, dated 20.11.2019 on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.10.2019. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that by obeying the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuriyur, in Crl.M.P.No.6589 of 2019, a case has been registered against the four persons in Crime No.1011 of 2020 for the offence punishable under sections 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C.
