3. It is seen from the records that the appellant's counsel reported no instructions and this Court vide order, dated 26.11.2024, directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant. Despite printing the name of the appellant in the cause list, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
