2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the second respondent for misplacing of some of his original documents. So far it has not been considered.
4. Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
