Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SANKARAKUMARAKURUPARAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5583 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4879 of 2022 on 29.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5583 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4879 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 is modified and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6413 of 2022 the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
