PRAYER :- For a Bail in Crime No.515 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.07.2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 392 r/w. 397 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein demanded Rs.1000/- from the defacto complainant and when the same was refused by him, the petitioner said to have threatened him at knife point and snatched Rs.500/- from him and criminally intimidated him. Hence the complaint.

3. This is the second bail petition. Earlier this Court by an order dated 27.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9013 of 2020 had dismissed the bail petition on the ground that petitioner is a habitual offender and also having nine previous cases of similar nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
