ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4, to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members, from the Respondents 5 & 6 and their unknown persons, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2021.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing on earlier occasion, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry. So, a direction was issued to the petitioner to appear before the Enquiry Officer and 1/3

co-operate with the enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, dated 09.07.2021, the petitioner has appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave a statement to the effect that no further action is necessary, on the complaint given by her and she has to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum by filing appropriate civil suit and the private respondents also given an undertaking that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner. So, on that basis, it came to be closed on 27.07.2021.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
