O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to give permission and protection to the "Adal Padal' Programme in the event of Festival of "Vaikasi Thiruvizhla" in Palaiyurmeadu Sree Mahamaraiamman Kovil at 227-Palaiyurmeadu, Pettavaithalai Post, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District on 15.05.2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the second respondent on 08.05.2015. However, the respondent has not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 8.5.2015. Accordingly, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 8.5.2015 and pass appropriate orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

purely on merits and in accordance with law, immediately on production of the copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
