Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the petitioner's father namely Selvam @ Varichiyur Selvam aged about 47 years, son of Karuppiah from Puzhal Central Prison to Madurai Central Prison and pass further orders.
