O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the order, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, is a subject matter of a writ appeal. He would also submit that in the said writ appeal, interim stay of the operation of the order, which is the subject of this contempt petition, has been granted. In view of the same, he seeks for closure of this contempt petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also aware of the same.

3. In view of the fact that a writ appeal has been filed and interim stay has been granted with regard to the operation of the order, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this contempt petition, incase she succeeds in the said writ appeal.
