COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 03.05.2015 and consequently to survey the petitioner's land by fixing the boundary and to grant individual patta to the petitioners' land situated in Survey No. 450 total extent of 6 Acres at Thangamalpuram, Mailadumparai revenue Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District; S.Nos.484/7A, 484/8A at Thummakundu, Megamlai Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District and S.Nos.683/3, 683/7, 501/7, 506/3, 513/2, 513/7, 513/1, 513/5 at Valiparai, Megamalai Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District respectively.

Unfortunately, in the typed set of papers in all these three writ petitions the petitioners have not enclosed the patta and have not stated as to how they have become the owner of the property etc. Even the representation submitted to the Tahsildar, dated 03.05.2015 is bereft of particulars. Hence, the prayer sought for in these present writ petitions cannot be granted.

3. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed. However, this will not prevent the petitioners by making a fresh representation to the authorities giving full particulars including the copy of the patta and other revenue records and if the same is done, the Tahsildar is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.
