The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2014 and to issue patta to him.
2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of his representation dated 03.10.2014. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.
3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
