O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct the "Adal Padal dance program" on 21.5.2015 on the eve of Car Festival in "Sri Muthala Amman, Sri Kaliamman, Sri Bagavathy Amman Temple", situates in Vellodu Village, Vedachendur Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.5.2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 11.5.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 11.5.2015. Accordingly, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 11.5.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of the copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
