O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that his daughter, by name, Priyanka, aged about 17 years, was found missing from 10.10.2016. In this connection, on a complaint made by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.152 of 2016, under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code was registered.

2. Today, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu was secured by the police and therefore, he made a request to take up this Habeas Corpus Petition by way of lunch motion. In the afternoon, the Inspector of Police, K.Pudupatti Police Station, the first respondent herein, produced the detenu before this Court. On enquiry, the detenu has stated that since her parents arranged for marriage, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

she left the parental home and stayed in her friend's house. The detenu has further stated that now, she is willing to go with her parents.

3. Recording the said statement made by the detenu, we permit her to go along with the petitioner and close the Habeas Corpus Petition.
