ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a mandamus to take action on her complaint.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.214 of 2024 has been registered as against three accused persons for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. 3.In view of the above said submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
