PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue necessary police protection to the petitioner and her property, situated in Natham Survey No.557/3, Block No.52, to the extent of 4 cents, in Thuvakudi Main North Road, Thuvakudi, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2020.

O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the second respondent to issue necessary police protection to the petitioner and her property, situated in Natham Survey No.557/3, Block No.52, to an extent of 4 cents, in Thuvakudi Main North Road, Thuvakudi, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2020. 2.Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that for the dispute having by the petitioner with the respondents 3 and 4, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.08.2020 for giving protection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL OP(MD)No.9590 of 2020 3.On the other hand, the learned Government Advocate (crl side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in respect to the some dispute, fourth respondent herein also lodged two other complaints against the petitioner, for which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.100 of 2020 and 146 of 2020 respectively on the file of the second respondent police. He would further submit that during enquiry, if it is found protection is necessary, suitable action will be taken.

4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
