The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct the "Adal Padal" dance program on 20.5.2015 from 10.00 PM to 1.00 AM in pursuance to the festival of the "Shri Sunaiyil Amman, Shri Nallaankuppi Amman, Shri Selvaganapathi Koil" situated in Andikulpanpatti, Toovar Post, Kantharvakottai Taluk, Pudukottai District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 12.5.2015. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 12.5.2015. Accordingly, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 12.5.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of the copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
