Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.466 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18942 of 2021 on 12.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.466 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18942 of 2021 on 12.01.2022 is relaxed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
