ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 7(1)(a) of CL Act 2005 and Sections 143, 188, 153(A) I.P.C in Crime No.286 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the prosecution showed a video clipping in which the petitioner is inciting the members of the public to commit acts of violence against the men in uniform.
