This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the second respondent in his proceeding in Notice No.O.A.No.9 of 2021, dated 07.03.2024.

2. The petitioner has already filed an appeal against order dated 07.03.2024, passed by the second respondent, which is likely to be taken up for hearing by the first respondent on 10.06.2024. Page No. 2 of 5

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the second respondent has issued a notice and pasted the same in the Temple premises stating that the enquiry is proposed to be conducted on 07.05.2024 and thereby, defeat the petitioner's appeal remedy that is pending before the first respondent against the order dated 07.03.2024 in O.A.No.9 of 2021.

4. Mr.P.Subbaraj, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the proceedings will not be conducted and the second respondent will await for the orders of the first respondent / Commissioner.

5. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
