ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to give pension benefits to the 3rd respondent.
2. The petitioner alleges that the third respondent has illegal intimacy with some other person. The third respondent is an employee of the second respondent Transport Corporation and on his superannuation, he is entitled to draw all the pensionary benefits including the other retirement benefits. Therefore, no writ of Mandamus can be issued to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 not to sanction pension. If the petitioner has grievances against the third respondent stating that he is not maintaining her or there are any other allegations, then the petitioner should approach the appropriate Forum for necessary relief.
