Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accord permission for conducting "Cricket Tournament' which is scheduled to be taken place from 15.05.2015 to 17.05.2015 at Viachry, Madurai, Madurai District and pass such any or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondent to accord permission for conducting 'Cricket Tournament' which is scheduled to be taken place from 15.05.2015 to 17.05.2015 at Viachry, Madurai, Madurai District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondent on 08.05.2015. However, the respondent has not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 8.5.2015. Accordingly, I direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 8.5.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, immediately on production of the copy of this order.
