[Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's son viz., Marumalarchi Selvan, aged about 16 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing counsel appearing for the State, on instructions would submit that the respondent police secured the detenu and handed over the custody to the petitioner.
