****** (Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Valli, daughter of the third respondent. According to him, she is illegally detained from 21.08.2016 onwards by the third respondent. But, a perusal of the complaint made by the petitioner to the police would go to show that there was no marriage at all. They have only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
decided to marry. Thus, the petitioner has come up with a false statement before this Court as though there was marriage. We do not find any merit in this petition. The Habeas Corpus Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
