[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that there was illegal sand quarrying in South Karungulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that quarrying was done in accordance with the permission granted and since the permission has expired, as of now there is no quarrying going on. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
