ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.156 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
