Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the 5th Respondent to comply with the order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1122/2020/Thu.Ma.A-2,dated 27.04.2021 by receiving 3 percent of the guidelines value fixed by the Registration Authority for the School land by issuing bank Challan and covering letter mentioning the amount of 3 percent of the guidelines value fixed by the Registration Authority for the 1/3
school land and Rs.1000/- as processing fee and issue the Plan Approval within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P. Subbaraj,Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu for respondents Nos. 1 to 3 and Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan for respondent No.4 and Mr.T.LajapathiRoy for respondent No.5, this Court made the following order:
At the last hearing, the learned counsel for the fifth respondent had submitted that the order dated 20.07.2021 had been complied with.
