ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in First Information Report in Crime No.27 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.27 of 2023 is going on and within two months, the entire investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and to file final report before the concerned Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.
