ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to forbear the second respondent from forming of new road in S.F.No.90/6 of Killanur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.The petitioner would state that there is a proposal to form a new road and the petitioner would admit that there is a poramboke land and that the said poramboke land is only to a width of about three feet and in the event of forming new road, private patta land on either side is likely to be encroached. The entire prayer sought for by the writ petitioner is based on apprehension. Therefore, at this stage of the matter, no relief as sought for by the petitioner can be granted. However, this will not prevent the petitioner from pursuing his representation before the authorities.
