ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to process and dispose the petitioner's passport application vide file number MD1066138220724 dated 08.01.2024 and to issue a passport to the petitioner within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
3. The petitioner has made an application in File No. MD1066138220724, seeking issuance of her passport. However, the same has not been considered sofar. Hence, the Writ Petition is filed, to direct the first respondent to issue the passport to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the second respondent, on instructions would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner.
5. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

Considering the submission made, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, to issue passport, if she is otherwise eligible for the same, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
