(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Velankanni, D/o.Daniel. Mrs.Velankanni is already married and having two children. It is alleged that Mrs.Velankanni has been found missing and the specific allegation is that the 3rd respondent had abducted her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the 2nd respondent produced the detenu Velankanni. She

told that the third respondent took her three months before and confined her. Now, she wants to go back with her mother. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
