O R D E R

Even though the prayer is made by the petitioner/wife to withdraw H.M.O.P.No. 36 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Uthamapalayam, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that it would be convenient for both the parties if the matter is transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Mettupalayam, as the petitioner is working within the said jurisdiction and it will be convenient for the respondent husband also.

2. Accordingly, the Transferred Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No. 36 of 2024 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Mettupalayam. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
