2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the complaint against the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed. As on date, there is no petition or complaint pending as against the petitioner.

3. Since there is no complaint or petition enquiry or any criminal case is pending as against the petitioner, the apprehension of the petitioner is unwarranted.
