Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of 1st respondent vide Na.Ka.LW1/15671/2015 dated 04.04.2015 and quash the same as the illegal and direct the respondent restore and reinstate the petitioner as an anganwadi worker at Muthuramalingampatti Anganwadi center Muthukulathur Taluk Ramanathapuram District. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order dated 04.04.2015 which has been passed pursuant to an order passed in W.P(MD)No.3398 of 2010 dated 11.11.2014 filed by the fourth respondent. The said writ petition was allowed and consequently, the fourth respondent has to be appointed. The petitioner has filed writ appeal as against the said order and the same is yet to be numbered. Accordingly, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to raise all contentions in the writ appeal which is yet to be numbered. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are closed.
