Respondents 2 to 5 PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 151 of C.P.C., to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner/Respondent herein before this Court on 06.04.2026 in the above contempt petition. For Petitioners :

Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar C O M M O N O R D E R This Court issued a statutory notice on 06.03.2026 requiring the appearance of all the respondents. The respondents have failed to comply with the orders passed by this Court as early as on 17.04.2024.

2. These two applications have been filed seeking to dispense with the personal appearance of the respondents 1 & 2 in the writ petition on the ground that the State Board Public Examination for SSLC 2026 and inspection of the Examination Centres are going on, and therefore, they are not able to appear before this Court today. This Court thoroughly not convinced with the reasons for their non-appearance and accordingly, both the applications are dismissed. No costs.
