ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with the case in Crime No.not known of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 323, 498 (A) and 506(i) of IPC, has filed this petition, seeking 1/3
anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that it is only the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against his wife, that was also enquired and the same was closed. As on date, there is no petition or complaint pending as against the petitioner.
3. Since there is no complaint or petition enquiry or any criminal case is pending as against the petitioner, the apprehension of the petitioner is unwarranted.
